    Good starter helmet!

    Pros: excellent price, light weight, comfortable when riding for long periods. Quick release strap, modular front is very convenient.

    Cons: wind noise is super loud, the sunglasses distort your vision slightly, bluetooth needs to be louder, padding seems thin but I also have a big head so it might be what can fit in the shell. It also seems kind of cheap. No clue how much protection you get in an actual crash. (Says DOT approved but thats the bare min) Came directly from China.

    Helmet looks just like the photos. It obviously has some flaws, but for the price I can overlook them. I give it 5 starts for the price. But overall I'd give it a 7 out of 10. (4 stars) It's a good starter helmet because it's cheap, but now I know what to look for in an upgrade.

    I thoroughly enjoy this helmet. Typically I like riding with the German helmet or just a ball cap on backwards. However, this year it’s been SOOO cold here in Texas and so I started looking for something to suffice. Not only has the K1 met my needs but it has surpassed my expectations. Comfort level is a 10. The Bluetooth is a great feature and when you consider I’m whipping down the road at speeds of 50-60 miles an hour on average; the sound and clarity are great. I can hear my music and others can hear me on the phone much more clearly than with my iPods. With this helmet, I can see myself wearing a helmet much more than before I bought it. Very light weight as well. In the past I felt helmets were cumbersome and didn’t fit properly. Really glad I saw this on Facebook. Well worth the money!

    New lid!

    Very pleased with my new helmet, still getting used to the headset adjustments but it will improve with more use and practice.

    The overall finish is excellent and very comfortable.
