2. What’s Covered
If your Gear Rider helmet is involved in a riding accident and becomes damaged, we will provide:

One (1) free replacement helmet of the same model and size
(or an equivalent model if unavailable)
This guarantee is valid once per helmet.
3. Claim Requirements
To request a replacement, you must provide:

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Clear photos of the damaged helmet

A short description of the accident
We reserve the right to request additional information if needed.
4. What’s Not Covered
This guarantee does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic damage not caused by an accident

Accidents occurring during racing, stunts, or track use

Gear Rider reserves the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent or abusive

A helmet involved in an accident should never be reused, even if damage appears minor. Always replace your helmet after impact.

This program is designed to support riders and promote safety. Abuse of this policy may result in removal of eligibility for future claims.
