Returns
We want you to be confident with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted for:

Returned items must be in their original condition, with all accessories included.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
In these cases, the return shipping cost may be covered by us, depending on the situation and after verification.
We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:

Products showing clear signs of use, wear, or damage caused by customer misuse or negligence

Items returned incomplete, missing parts, accessories, or original packaging

Products that have been modified, altered, or tampered with after delivery

Orders delivered incorrectly due to customer-provided address errors

Return Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Cancellations
Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it must be returned after delivery in order to receive a refund.

For returns over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
