If your product is defective, immediately let our staff know and we'll send you a replacement.
We are unable to accept returns on retailer purchases, incorrectly purchased products, products damaged due to customer error, non-damaged items, change of mind, and items that have been delivered incorrectly due to customer error.
Returns to USA warehouse are possible only if your product was sent from our USA Wearhouse and sent from America to you for the Beanie & Plain Polo Helmets, Customer pays postage.
Returns to Australia warehouse are possible only if your product was sent from our Australia warehouse and sent from Australia, Customer pays postage.
All other products need to be returned to China Warehouse for a refund and the postage cost is the buyers responsibility.
We offer a 30-day, no-hassle refund policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send the product back and we'll promptly refund your money.
If you cancel your purchase within 24-hours, we can unconditionally refund your money. Otherwise, your items will have to be sent back to us once they reach you.
It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are nonrefundable. Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.
Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
