  • Q: Can this unit work on my motorcycle?

 

A: Our products are suitable for any vehicle, you can use them by installing them. It needs to be connected to your ACC power supply

 

  • Q: How to install the device?

 

A: 1: Find the ACC power supply and connect the cables; 2: Install the holder 3: Start the motorcycle, connect the mobile phone to start the device, and start your navigation journey. （For details, please refer to our installation tutorial video. If you have any questions, please tell us）

 

  • Q: How to turn on and turn off the device?

 

A: After you have connected the cable correctly, the device will start automatically when you start the motorcycle. After you turn off the power of the motorcycle, it will automatically power off within 15 seconds to 5 minutes depending on the motorcycle.

 

  • Q: How to connect it to my phone?

 

A: After you start the device, you can click the carplay or Android auto function, and follow the screen prompts to connect to the phone. （The device starts with carplay by default. If you are an Android phone user, please set Android auto as the default startup item in the background device.）

 

  • Q: Can it be connected to my helmet headset, motorcycle stereo, or external stereo?

 

A: Yes! the unit has dual Bluetooth, and you can connect both with your phone and headset, Please use the Bluetooth headset selection on the screen to search for your speaker to connect. （The Bluetooth function in the settings cannot connect to headphones and speakers. The second Bluetooth can only be activated on the home page. The first connection and search will be slow, please be patient.）

 

  • Q: Can an Android phone be connected?

 

A: Our products are suitable for iOS system carplay and Android system Android auto function.

 

  • Q: How to mirror?

 

A: You can select the screen mirroring function on the screen according to your phone model, and follow the prompts to connect the phone for screen mirroring.

 

  • Q: How to prevent the device from being stolen?

 

A: In order to prevent being stolen, we have an anti-theft screw on the connection between the back of the screen and the base. If you don’t need to take off the screen frequently, you can tighten the screw directly.

    Touring with GPS

    I feel comfortable riding in a strange territory, where I haven't been to before with my GPS. I can judge our riding distances between fuel fill-ups. We plan our days riding distances. It just makes touring much more fun, knowing we know where we are at! I did receive both GPS units for both bikes.

    I received the unit and have not installed it as of yet BUT .. so excited to get it installed this weekend fingers crossed. would like to know if there is a additional wiring harness that we can buy??? this way I can move it from i bike to the others as i can only ride 1 bike at a time LOL.
