- Wrap a soft measuring tape around your head, just above your eyebrows and ears.
- Keep the tape level and comfortably snug. Read your head circumference.

Frequently asked questions
Does the Bluetooth headset come included and installed?
Yes. The R3 comes with the Bluetooth headset, microphone, and two speakers already installed—one speaker on each side. Pair it with your phone for music, calls, and GPS audio.
Can I talk directly to another rider or my passenger?
The included headset has Bluetooth phone connectivity, but no rider-to-rider intercom. Two R3 helmets cannot pair directly for conversation. You can communicate through phone calls or phone-based voice apps.
Can I wear prescription glasses?
Yes, the R3 can be worn with glasses, although it does not have dedicated glasses channels. Comfort depends on your frames and helmet fit.
Will the intercom connect to Sena or Cardo?
The included intercom option does not pair directly with Sena, Cardo, or other intercom brands for rider-to-rider communication. It connects with the same intercom model. Check that everyone in your group uses compatible units before ordering.
How do I charge the Bluetooth headset?
The headset has a rechargeable battery and charges using a USB cable. If you need a replacement cable, contact support@gear-rider.com with a photo of your device’s charging port.
What if my helmet doesn't fit?
Contact us at support@gear-rider.com with your order number and fit concern. We offer a free different-size liner to help adjust the fit.

How long does shipping take, and can I track my order?

Can I buy replacement or tinted visors?
Yes. R3 replacement visors are sold separately in Clear, Black Tinted, Silver, and Purple. Choose a visor specifically made for the R3 and check availability on the replacement visor page.

Love the way the helmet fits it’s light weight and well vented the price is amazing definitely worth the wait. The gloves I ordered fit perfect there well vented. Also the Bluetooth works amazing I had my wife set it up for me it was in Chinese and she switched it to English

I have this Helmet for over a year now and it’s the best helmet I have ever owned. Very comfortable, Bluetooth is very clear and easy to set up. My favourite thing is the replacement screens that are available as well as having a built in sunscreen. I highly recommend to everybody looking for an affordable helmet.

Great for price Nice Modular helmet, the Bluetooth is hard to hear while riding, but if you’re motorcycle isn’t loud than you should be able to hear everything fine.
Helmet Bluetooth The helmet is nice. I thought it had carbon fiber on it, but it did not. It was a different language and hard to program onto my motorcycle. the motorcycle the helmet was scratched when received, so I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone from your office to replace it finally got the Bluetooth connected Works great.

Helmet Decent Helmet, Bluetooth is not all that great, so I changed it out and installed another one, but if the Bluetooth was better quality, this would be an awesome helmet
Window/visor size Fits great, but would be nice if the visor size, field of view was a little bigger and how do you release the front lower part to open? Haven't figured it out yet, need better instructions included.
Bluetooth helmet The helmet and Bluetooth is top notch and true to size, no problems with hearing or wind noise, the gloves run small in size and the items are shipped from China so 15 days before it arrived witch is normal going through customs. The tracking number provided shows times and dates Over all very pleased with this purchase

Always wear a helmet. So I purchased thus helmet in the spring. Unfortunately, I don't always wear it. Well on Saturday I happened to be wearing for the Bluetooth portion. Was on a poker run. No, I don't drink while on the bike. Just my rule. In between stops 3 and 4 was in a lt curve, hit gravel and sliding off. I came down hard on my head. No brain damage and CT scan determined there is one there. But I did break 5 ribs and a large hemorhorax on the left side. I have already ordered a replacement. This helmet saved my life. Thank you

Great fit, nice color First full face helmet, had been wearing half shell with zip on neck curtain. Purchased the modular helmet and easy to put on while wearing glasses. This is much better when the temperature drops below 50. Face stays warm but the outer face shield does fog up at stop lights. Shield is easy to open to clear fog and put back down once moving so not a show stopper. The drop down tinted shield works good and does not hit my glasses. The blue color almost a perfect match to ‘06 R-Glide in Cobalt Blue. The Bluetooth works ok but volume could be louder. Have to find a place to pull over and stop to hear other end on a phone call. Like the helmet so much I purchased one for the wife.

So hopefully I'll figure that out. Overall, very pleased with this helment.

It’s a good color for visibility, which is what I was looking for. It fits a bit tight for a large so maybe order a size up. Bluetooth headphones are cheap sounding but they work. A great budget helmet.
